This paper attempts to explore the justification of juvenile crime and to seek a better mode of addressing the issue, rather than mere punishment as justice. Education can play an important role in helping the juvenile return to normalcy and achieve success, by changing his pattern of thinking, infusing a sense of tolerance and optimism, and by helping them emerge out of a pessimistic and criminal mindset.
